Actively working as the 草榴社区 Sea Grant mariculture specialist with community members, industry, 草榴社区 Native tribes and corporations, seafood processors, community leaders and regulators to promote marine aquaculture in 草榴社区.Recent projects include:
鈥 a 鈥渇arm-to-table鈥 project to connect 草榴社区 consumers to locally grown oysters and seaweed products
鈥 developing educational mariculture materials
鈥 conducting a market assessment to identify technology and equipment used globally in primary processing and manufacturing of large volumes of seaweed
鈥 establishing a National Sea Grant Seaweed Hub
鈥 establishing a pilot seaweed farm in western 草榴社区
鈥 developing seaweed mariculture economic tools
