Financial Aid
An international student in F-1 status is a non-resident alien on a non-immigrant visa which permits full time study in the U.S. Federal regulations and 草榴社区 admissions policy require that students with F-1 and F-2 visas have enough resources to meet their expenses throughout their stay at 草榴社区.
Federal regulations limit the types of financial assistance available to international students. Since federal financial aid is for U.S. citizens and U.S. permanent residents, international students are not eligible for financial aid or student loan through the 草榴社区 Financial Aid. However, international students may be eligible for University of 草榴社区 Foundation and privately funded scholarships. See 草榴社区's scholarships webpage for more information.
International students should search for their own country鈥檚 banks, embassy, or ministry of education as they may offer information about available financial aid and loan opportunities.
