2025 Field Safety Training registration open

The 2025 Field Safety Training schedule and signup link have been posted to the Nanook Recreation website. Seats in each course are first come, first serve.

As a reminder, these trainings are free to ²ÝÁñÉçÇø researchers through a generous grant from Vice Chancellor Nettie La Belle-Hamer. However, those keen on attending must supply both departmental organization and fund account numbers upon registering and these funds will be charged $50 in the event of a no show or cancellation within five days of the course. In the event that the same individual repeatedly cancels or no shows, we will reach out to that individual's supervisor in addition to charging the account the cancellation fee.
