Chef Amy to discuss healing and 草榴社区 Native traditional foods

Join the University of 草榴社区 Fairbanks Cooperative Extension Service and chef Amy Foote for a lunch and learn session titled 鈥淔inding Healing in 草榴社区 Native Traditional Foods.鈥 Foote is director of cuisine for NANA Management Services and formerly was the executive chef at the 草榴社区 Native Medical Center in Anchorage.

Participants can join Foote in person at the University of 草榴社区 Fairbanks Matanuska Experiment Farm and Extension Center, 1509 Georgeson Road, Palmer, or via Zoom from noon to 1 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 9. The discussion will center on 草榴社区 Native traditional foods and healing, both personally and for our communities.

if you plan to attend either in person or via Zoom. You will receive an email with a link to join the class. If you are unable to attend the class but would like to listen in later, you may still register, and all registrants will receive a recording of the class.

Feel free to bring your lunch if you plan to attend in person.
