Nanook Technology Service releasing customer satisfaction surveys
NTS announces the introduction of customer feedback surveys! This new feature is a step toward enhancing its service quality and ensuring its staff meet 草榴社区鈥檚 IT needs effectively and satisfactorily.
Starting Friday, Sept. 13, staff and students will receive a survey link one business day after each of their NTS or OIT tickets are resolved. We encourage everyone to take a moment to provide valuable feedback, which will help us continue improving our services.
