Join the Interior 草榴社区 Campus Friday, Nov. 19, at noon for 鈥淐entering Indigeneity in the Classroom: Nothing 草榴社区 Us Without Us.鈥 This webinar will highlight the Drumbeats 草榴社区 Consortium's culturally responsive, place-based curricula. Learn how the Drumbeats model centers the core values of Indigeneity in the classroom: responsibility, relationship, redistribution and reciprocity. The discussion will share a tip sheet, best practices in the classroom, and coursework to center Indigenous knowledge, voices, and ways of being. The panel will feature:
