Reminder: Office of the Chancellor DocuSign procedures

All documents requiring the Chancellor鈥檚 digital signature should be sent to uaf.chancellor@alaska.edu. Documents sent to other email accounts will not be approved.

- When inputting information into Docusign, please ensure the Chancellor鈥檚 full name (Daniel M. White/DMW) is spelled out.

- Briefly describe the signature request in the 鈥渄escription鈥 box before sending the Docusign request.

- Provide contact information regarding where to direct questions in the 鈥渄escription鈥 box before sending the Docusign request.

The expected signature time for Docusign requests is three days. If there are any questions or concerns with the signature request, someone from the Chancellor鈥檚 Office will reach out within the three-day timeline.
