The Career Pathways Internship Program is a collaboration between the ²ÝÁñÉçÇø Department of Transportation & Public Facilities and the ²ÝÁñÉçÇø College of Engineering and Mines and provides first-year students with hands-on employment opportunities in engineering and other disciplines, creating pathways to careers in ²ÝÁñÉçÇø's transportation sector.

Application process and timeline:

• By January 15, 2024: Students must sign in to the application form using their alaska.edu email address.
• January – May 2025: Complete the internship course for credit.
• April – May 2025: Match with a DOT&PF internship.
• May – August 2025: Participate in a full-time, paid internship.
