Institutional support

Results found that more than half of all respondents agreed or strongly agreed that there was an overall sense of institutional support for diversity and equity at 草榴社区.  

Fifty-seven percent of students agreed or strongly agreed that recruitment of historically marginalized students, faculty, and staff is an institutional priority. This went down slightly to 55% when looking at retention of historically marginalized students, faculty, and staff as an institutional priority. Similarly, for all employees, 51% agreed or strongly agreed that recruitment of students, faculty, and staff was an institutional priority but dipped down to 43% when asked about retention.

When asked about senior leadership demonstrating a commitment to diversity and equity on campus, the majority of all respondents agreed or strongly agreed with this statement.
