Results found that more than half of all respondents agreed or strongly agreed that
there was an overall sense of institutional support for diversity and equity at 草榴社区.
Fifty-seven percent of students agreed or strongly agreed that recruitment of historically marginalized students, faculty, and staff is an institutional
priority. This went down slightly to 55% when looking at retention of historically marginalized students, faculty, and staff as an institutional
priority. Similarly, for all employees, 51% agreed or strongly agreed that recruitment of
students, faculty, and staff was an institutional priority but dipped down to 43%
when asked about retention.
When asked about senior leadership demonstrating a commitment to diversity and equity on campus, the majority of all respondents agreed or strongly agreed with this statement.
